We are introducing our newest program that combines Yoga and  Live Music.  This gives you the opportunity to experience the power of music while you are going over basic moves and techniques of yoga leading towards meditation. You will find yourself merged into the music. It is truly mindfulness and collaborated music sessions including yourself  as a stage member and the instructor’s lead as a conductor.

 ーMusik Houseのサロンで、Steinwayのグランドピアノで奏でる癒しの音楽と共に瞑想やそこへ導くヨガ のレッスンをお届けする、新しいプログラムができました。マホガニーの床から直に響く音（振動）を 感じ  ながら、呼吸のカウントや頭と体の調律を行うことができます。自身がまるで音楽に溶け込んでいくよう な、まるで自分を含めたメンバーでの、音楽とボディパフォーマンスのステージセッションを行なっている ような、素敵な世界観をお楽しみいただけます。ぜひその贅沢な時間を体験してみてください。

 *Please wash your hands before entering salon when you arrive. 入口を入ったら手を洗ってからサロンにお越しください。

 *Please take off your shoes in front of the Salon. サロンの前で靴を脱いで入ってください。

 *Please use one of the studios and/or back stage room to change clothes. 空いているスタジオ又は控え室を着替えにお使い頂けま   す。
